Los Angeles Type 1 Boys Event

Saturday, February 1st, 2025 @ 1-3pm

HAPIK Rock Climbing Gym El Paseo Center, 8712 Garfield Ave,South Gate, CA 90280

Join us for an adventurous and empowering afternoon at Hapik Rock Climbing Gym in South Gate! This free event is open to boys with Type 1 diabetes, ages 8-17, and will be held on Saturday, February 1st, from 1-3 PM.

Hapik offers an exciting climbing experience with over 5,000 square feet of fun, including 30 themed climbing walls, automatic belaying, and routes up to 26 feet high! Whether you’re a seasoned climber or trying it for the first time, this is a chance to challenge yourself, connect with others, and make new friends in the Type 1 community.

Snacks will be provided, and parents are welcome to watch from the on-site seating area.

We’re thrilled to bring this event to South Gate and look forward to seeing you there!
